This is my favorite dish! My mom cooks gyoza filling in this way and I love the taste, so I used her gyoza filling to make the hamburger steaks ;D Chinese chive gives very tasty flavor and Fu (Japanese Wheat gluten) keeps all the delicious juices in the meat. Of course, it goes great with white rice! Perfect for bento, too! This recipe advanced to the voting stage of the recipe contest called “おかずの星(okazu no hoshi)” that decides the dishes to add to the menu of 1100 restaurants nationwide in Japan!!! (ENG) Thanks for voting! The voting ended on 9/30/2011 Japan time!!! You are obviously certain that you want to study so why wait till next September, just start in January and don’t worry about starting a job and quitting when you start the course, I did that
Moving to Norway or outside London sounds like a great idea. As for the Chris situation, there’s no rush

I would probably go for the job then if you get into the Jan course, quit the job (so what if you just started) don’t let anything get in the way of what you really want to do. I’ve been there, started a job then quit because something better came along. Having a qualification is nice coz even if you choose a diff path atleast you have something to fall back on. With the way the economy is, it’s nice to have options! It’s your life so do whatever works best to fit yours and Alva’s schedule. <3

@ochikeron Hehe…well I´m from Turkey but I guess it´s similar. Yes, we take some other spices, I guess the oriental version is more spicy. We serve it with rice and salad. Oh I love food : )
